Job Summary

As a Remote Chat Agent (Entry Level) at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers through live chat, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. This is an entry-level position, and we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. You will be working in a collaborative and supportive remote work environment, with flexible working hours and remote work options.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* 0-2 years of experience in customer service, live chat support, or a related field

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and typing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Proficiency in live chat software and technology
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Compensation

* Competitive hourly rate of $20.00 - $45.00/hour
