Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Work From Home Intern, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound calls and chat processes to understand customers' requirements and preferences
- Responding to customer queries via chat and phone calls, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services
- Practicing active listening and striving to exceed customer expectations by giving effective solutions to customers' problems
- Collaborating with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Documenting customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the process expert or relevant department for further assistance
- Proactively identifying trends in customer inquiries and suggesting improvements that can enhance the customer experience
- Assisting customers in resolving post-sales issues, such as technical difficulties or order-related concerns
