Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our passengers, resolving complex issues, and promoting a positive brand image. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolving complex issues related to flight bookings, cancellations, and changes
  • Providing accurate and timely information about flight schedules, routes, and travel requirements
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry developments
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Adhering to blithequark's policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, business administration)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of airline operations
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, email, and phone systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Bilingual language skills (e.g., English, Spanish, Mandarin)
  • Working knowledge of Sabre or other travel management systems
  • Previous experience in a high-pressure customer service environment
