Job Summary
As a Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives across the organization, building relationships with key stakeholders, and advising on market engagement to identify top-tier supplier partners. You'll lead deal negotiations, facilitate process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business outcomes. Responsibilities
* Collaborate with commercial business stakeholders to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans that maximize the value of our $1B+ annual professional services spend
- Develop and execute RFPs, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with supplier partners to ensure compliance with blithequark's sourcing and procurement regulations
- Analyze bids, evaluate providers, and recommend high-quality services and innovations to drive business outcomes
- Facilitate process improvements, leverage opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth
- Develop and maintain subject-matter expertise in professional services procurement, including research, networking, and key initiatives
- Participate in expert development activities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all interactions
Key Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience with a minimum of 2 years in professional services sourcing
- Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work with diverse stakeholders
- Strong strategic agility and ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes, basic legal terms and conditions, and entertainment industry trends and situations
- Proven experience with all aspects of the sourcing process for professional services agreements
- Established experience working with the legal department on boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with companies that offer consulting and advisory services

Education
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
