Key Responsibilities:

As a remote chat support agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing live chat and email communications with customers, providing quick responses to their queries, sales support, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Assisting customers by providing information, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supporting sales efforts by providing information and special offers to customers, helping to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support experiences.
