About the Role

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED required, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication
  • 1 year of relevant customer care experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
  • Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge, with the ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to empathize with patients and provide clear and concise support
