Job Summary

As an Experienced Social Media Customer Support Representative – Work From Home Opportunity, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support experiences to our customers through various social media channels. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various social media channels, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and escalating complex problems to senior colleagues as needed
  • Utilize knowledge of blithequark's products and services to provide solutions and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and company policies to provide informed and effective support
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as communications, marketing, or business

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, including social media support
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a logistics or transportation company

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and social media management tools
  • Certification in customer service or social media marketing
  • Fluency in multiple languages
