What You’ll Do

As an Entry-Level Chat Assistant, your primary role will be to support marketing campaigns for our esteemed clients by engaging with customers in real-time through live chat on our clients’ websites and social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers in real-time, addressing inquiries and providing support through live chat on our clients’ websites and social media platforms.
  • Assisting with both customer support queries and sales-related questions, helping to enhance customer experience and drive business success.
  • Receiving training to handle various types of interactions effectively, ensuring you’re well-equipped to meet our clients’ needs.
  • Collaborating with our team to provide seamless support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Reliable access to a device with internet connectivity to use social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
