Job Overview

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and consistency
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, and prioritize tasks to meet performance goals
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop knowledge and skills, and adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Essential Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Complete Background check and drug test within 3 days
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera required for the Training Period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet, and cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required
  • Moderate to Advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home, with self-motivation and a success-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center, with familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
