Job Summary

The Medical Billing Revenue Cycle Trip Intake Data Entry Representative will work within our Trip Intake Team to enter base rate, loaded miles, and wait time charges into our billing system. This is a part-time position, offering 25 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime up to 29 hours per week. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply appropriate base rate mileage charges into the billing system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Apply appropriate wait time charges to the billing system, following established guidelines and protocols.
• Accurately assign accounts to the next department, ensuring seamless workflow and minimizing delays.
• Ensure all accounts are worked correctly to allow distribution to the floor in a timely manner, meeting productivity and quality standards.
