The Role
As a Health Insurance Data Entry & Verification Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our insurance verification processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering data from attached PDFs into an internal form with precision and accuracy
- Calling U. (users) to verify information and resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborating with our team through shared task dashboards and web-based tools to ensure seamless workflow
- Meeting deadlines and following detailed task instructions consistently
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
