blithequark is looking for a talented Customer Support Representative who can thrive in a fast-growing environment. The person in this position will help expand our contact center support, working directly with customers, and will require significant time on the phone. As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will:- Answer inbound calls from prospective or current customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and provide additional assistance.
What You’ll Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience providing customer service over the phone in a call center or similar environment.
- Polished and professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance are required.
- Flexible availability for overtime or weekend hours, as needed.
- Friendly, patient, and skilled on the phone, with a helpful demeanor.
- Energetic, highly organized, and able to take ownership of issues with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail.
- Maintains professional and respectful behavior when addressing the concerns of irate or frustrated clients.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift in either a seated or standing position, depending on personal workspace setup.
