Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative – Live Chat Support Specialist, your primary duties will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, phone, and email support

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a preference for prior experience in a customer service setting
