Job Overview

As a Data Entry Clerk at Blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating information into our systems, ensuring that all data is entered in a timely manner and with high attention to detail. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the overall success of our organization. You will be working with a variety of data types, including customer information, sales data, and product details, and will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our databases.

Responsibilities

- Enter and update data in our company databases with precision and accuracy - Verify and correct any discrepancies in data entry - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed - Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data management and efficient workflow - Develop and maintain data entry procedures and protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency - Identify and report any data discrepancies or errors to the management team - Participate in training and development programs to enhance data entry skills and knowledge

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role (minimum 1 year) - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software (e.g. Access, SQL)

Preferred Qualifications
