Key Responsibilities

As an Automotive Customer Service and Case Management Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service support via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats

  • Utilizing technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 2-3 years of customer service experience, with a preference for experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for the automotive industry with a propensity for problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a home-based or remote environment
