The Role

As a Customer Contact Center Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their retirement goals. You'll be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Educating customers on their retirement plans and responding to their inquiries
  • Providing financial advice and mentorship to customers
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A college degree and 1+ year of customer service experience, or 3+ years of customer service experience in lieu of a college degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage with customers, build rapport, and handle objections
  • Proficiency with basic computer functions, including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, and navigating multiple systems
  • Strong learning agility and adaptability to new systems and processes
  • Availability to work any shift within the Monday through Friday operating hours of 7:30am – 10pm EST

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the financial services industry

  • Bi-lingual skills, with a $3,000 pay differential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
