Job Responsibilities
As a part-time remote customer service representative agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
- Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, for each panel
- Using products and/or services provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
- Showing up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Participating fully in discussions, both online and in-person
- Providing honest and accurate feedback on products and services
Qualifications
To be eligible for this part-time remote customer service representative agent position, you must:
- Have a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Have access to a high-speed internet connection
- Be willing to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Be able to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Have no prior experience as a customer service representative agent (although it is a plus)
