Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
- Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
- Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
- Troubleshooting software issues and providing technical support to customers and service providers
- Collaborating with our remote team to ensure seamless communication, training, and meetings
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote-based team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
