The Role

As a Customer Care Agent at blithequark, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the go-to expert for our customers, helping them navigate our products and services, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations to meet their skincare needs. Your sparkling personality, passion for skincare, and consultative sales approach will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

• Develop a deep understanding of our skincare products and services to provide accurate and personalized recommendations to customers
• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Identify trends in customer feedback to help improve our products and services
• Utilize sales charm to educate customers about our monthly promotions and products
• Maintain accurate service tickets and process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and warehouse, to address customer feedback and improve service delivery
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers

Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for skincare and familiarity with blithequark's products is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Zendesk
• Strong selling skills, with the ability to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Comfortable using multiple computer programs and screens during customer interactions
