Join Our Team

We're seeking a Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team of passionate and dedicated professionals. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian). You'll work closely with our clients to resolve routine problems and ensure their journey runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

As a Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing great customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
  • Collaborating with our clients to resolve routine problems and improve their experience
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to our clients

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in any of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian)
  • A good command of English, as we handle both Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish markets
  • Passion and interest in customer service! Previous experience is not required but a valued merit
  • Ability to work from one of our offices or from the comfort of your own home within the Baltic region
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Start Date and Working Hours

We're offering multiple start dates during 2025, and our working hours are flexible to accommodate your needs. You'll work in 8.5-hour shifts, which can include both weekdays and weekends.

Location

You'll have the flexibility to work from home within the Baltic region or from one of our offices. Our offices are located in Riga, Tallinn, Tartu, and Daugavpils.
