Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries with a positive and solution-oriented approach. You will assist customers with booking, reservations, and other flight-related queries, provide information on our policies, procedures, and services, and resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a positive and solution-oriented approach

  • Assist customers with booking, reservations, and other flight-related queries
  • Provide information on blithequark's policies, procedures, and services
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Navigate and utilize various computer systems to access and update customer information
  • Adhere to established customer service protocols and guidelines
  • Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and issue resolution

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team
  • Familiarity with airline reservations systems is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other computer systems
