About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Remote Virtual Assistant to become the right‑hand support for our senior leadership team. In this role, you will be the connective tissue that keeps calendars synced, communications clear, and daily operations humming—whether we’re coordinating a cross‑country product launch or handling confidential executive correspondence. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and work closely with the Executive Assistant lead, the Finance Manager, and our growing Marketing Ops crew. Calendar & Meeting Management:

Schedule, coordinate, and send invitations for 15–20 weekly executive meetings using

Google Calendar

, ensuring 85 % of meetings are handled asynchronously when possible. -

Email & Correspondence:

Triage inbound email for the COO, draft responses, and forward items to the appropriate department using

Gmail

Outlook

Travel & Logistics:

Book domestic and international travel for the leadership team (average of 3 trips per month), including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, while adhering to the company’s travel policy. -

Document Preparation:

Create, edit, and proofread presentations, reports, and contracts in
