Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing solutions support for specialized networks and accounts utilizing various contact platforms such as phone, email, chat, or social media. You will research and provide forward-thinking solutions for shipment issues, leading to positive customer interactions. Your exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills will promote customer engagement and demonstrate empathy in handling difficult interactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide solutions support for specialized networks and accounts utilizing various contact platforms such as phone, email, chat, or social media

  • Research and provide forward-thinking solutions for shipment issues leading to positive customer interactions
  • Utilize interpersonal and rapport-building skills to promote customer engagement and demonstrate empathy in handling difficult interactions
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and timely solutions to customers

Training and Onboarding

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will undergo a comprehensive training program that includes both online and in-person components. The training program will cover company policies, procedures, and product knowledge, as well as role-specific skills and competencies. You will also have the opportunity to work with experienced trainers and mentors to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Personal computer (PC) ability
  • Good verbal and writing skills
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong customer service skills and experience in a call center environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software packages and applications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Customer service call center experience

  • General computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment
