- Handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner while ensuring resolution.
- Processing and updating customer information and flight details accurately in company systems.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of blithequark's policies, procedures, and promotional offers.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth service delivery and efficient operations.
- Promoting and maintaining a positive company image by upholding blithequark's customer service standards.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
