Job Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll be responsible for assembling examinations, information representations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to our business and decision-making processes. You'll work closely with our business stakeholders to answer key questions, identify trends in structured and unstructured data, and develop recommendations to improve business performance. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the use of analytics as a key revenue driver to increase recruits and business changes across multiple newly extended worldwide tiering drives.

Key Responsibilities

* Assemble examinations, information representations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to our business and decision-making processes

• Answer business questions and provide analytical expertise on different trade streams on D+ and Hulu to improve the customer experience and increase conversions
• Advance the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products
• Use data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Utilize statistical methods (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business outcomes

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a scientific field

• 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in an information and analytics space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements, to a compelling story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a clear business outcome
• Strong relational and communication (written and oral) skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners
• Ability to present to senior leadership

Good TO-HAVES

* Master's degree in a scientific field

• Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Experience with marketing landing pages, join channels, and business spaces
• Ability to identify and properly escalate issues to management
• Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
• Strong inspiration and ability to work independently
• Remarkable written and oral communication skills
• Humor and ability to connect with others
• Unique interests or areas of expertise that impact the way you interact with others and tackle your work
