Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
• Work independently to solve unique problems and think outside the box to come up with new ideas for the good of the whole company
• Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our customer service experience
• Utilize our systems and tools to manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience
• Flexibility to work a 4-day weekend shift, with availability to work 10-hour shifts on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays
