Key Responsibilities

As a part-time Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our organization, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Handling customer requests and transactions, including ticketing, baggage handling, and reservations, using our modernized retail location framework.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair, empathetic, and efficient manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, using our CRM system to track customer interactions and preferences.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using modern technology, including CRM systems, retail location frameworks, and other software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, particularly in the airline or travel industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, retail location frameworks, and other software applications used in customer service environments.
  • Certification in customer service, conflict resolution, or a related field.
