Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat
• Drafting answers to product questions and providing solutions to customer concerns
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for process improvements
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
• 5+ years of full-time work experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in customer relationship management
• Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• High emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and accountability
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a data-driven mindset and a self-starter mentality
• An attitude of humility, combined with a pursuit of excellence and a mindset of continuous learning

Time Commitments

* Ability to work EST hours (9 a.m. - 6 p.m. ET)

• 40 hours a week, with a successful candidate offered a 3-month trial period to ensure a good fit for both parties
