Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer troubleshooting assistance for shipment and tracking-related problems, using your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Process customer requests for changes or cancellations, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system, using data to inform and improve our customer service processes
  • Collaborate with other blithequark teams to ensure efficient service delivery, leveraging our strengths to provide exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred), demonstrating a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting, where you've honed your skills in communication, conflict resolution, and time management
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, using data and critical thinking to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
