Job Summary

As a Customer Service Remote Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of blithequark, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving issues and answering questions to their satisfaction
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions
  • Document customer interactions, including notes and resolutions, in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, average handle time, and customer satisfaction ratings

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, comfortable workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and industry standards
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
