Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and handling incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices about requests for information on medication and benefits
• Investigating and resolving member inquiries in a timely manner or escalating to appropriate team members
• Adhering to and reinforcing blithequark and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service experience
• The ability to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime based on business needs
• A dedicated, secure high-speed cable, DSL, or fiber internet connection (no wireless or 5G home internet connections)
• A dedicated home workspace that is private, quiet, and free from distractions
• The ability to adhere to a pre-determined schedule, including planned rest and meal breaks
• Availability for a 6 to 8 week training class

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we encourage candidates with the following qualifications to apply:

• Call center experience
• Call center experience in the healthcare industry
• Work from home (remote) experience
• Fluency in Spanish

Reporting Structure

As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you'll report to a supervisor in the Contact Center. Our team is dedicated to providing ongoing support, training, and feedback to ensure your success in this role.
