Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing technical support, and managing customer accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound and outbound calls, to provide customer support and resolve issues
  • Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently, through creative problem-solving and effective communication
  • Managing customer accounts, including application data entry and online chat inquiries
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies, to ensure compliance with regulated guidelines
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, with a focus on time and task management
  • Extensive self-study, training, and testing, to ensure eligibility for certification and promotions

Requirements

To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period
  • Commitment to full attendance during the 3-week training period
  • Completion of a background check and health screening
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired Ethernet connection is required
  • NOT compatible: Mobile Internet Service Providers and Satellite

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills
  • High level of comfort learning new technology
  • High level of professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home
  • Self-motivated and success-driven

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be an asset. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish bilingual skills, are also highly valued.
