Responsibilities
As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
- Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
- Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
- Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of driver applications and onboarding status
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless onboarding process
Experience
While experience is not required, we are looking for candidates with:
- Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required)
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service (preferred, not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $25,000 to $35,000 annually, based on the candidate's skills, education, and experience. This role is also eligible for additional benefits, including:

Locations
We are looking for candidates who can work from home or in our San Diego office. If working from home, you must have access to a reliable internet connection and working computer. This role is not eligible for US visa sponsorship.
