What You Will Be Doing
As an Instagram Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for managing direct messages on Instagram for various online businesses with large followings. Your primary objective will be to respond to inquiries related to product details, shipping rates, return policies, and other promotional information using a pre-prepared document with answers to frequently asked questions. Your responses will be timely, accurate, and engaging, helping to enhance customer interaction and contribute to sales growth through the Instagram app.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage direct messages on Instagram for various online businesses with large followings
- Respond to inquiries related to product details, shipping rates, return policies, and other promotional information
- Use a pre-prepared document with answers to frequently asked questions to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Enhance customer interaction and contribute to sales growth through timely and accurate responses within the Instagram app

Contract Length and Rate
This is an open-ended contract with a competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour. We value flexibility and are open to discussing different schedules and arrangements to suit your needs.
