Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting passengers with flight bookings, resolving travel inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience
• Providing top-tier support to passengers, responding to their queries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer service

What You Will Need for Success

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school degree or equivalent
• Intermediate Excel and Word experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
• Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance
• Ability to pass relevant blithequark and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous customer/member service experience, banking or Credit Union experience, and Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience are highly desirable.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs
• Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills

• Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department
