Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members. You will answer inbound calls, respond to emails, and resolve issues related to pharmacy benefit plans, including medication coverage, mail-order solutions, and other related topics. You will work closely with our team to provide support and guidance to our members, helping them to better understand their benefits and make informed decisions about their healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from members regarding pharmacy benefit plans

  • Provide support and guidance to members on medication coverage, mail-order solutions, and other related topics
  • Resolve issues and concerns related to pharmacy benefit plans in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with our team to provide exceptional customer service and support to our members
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Familiarity with pharmacy benefit plans and related topics
  • Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment
