What You'll Do

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
• Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our recruitment processes
• Managing notices in different job portals and evaluating candidates who apply to them
• Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for various searches we have open
• Collaborating with multicultural teams distributed throughout the world to achieve our recruitment goals

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

• Proactivity and ability to work in a team
• Marked attention to detail in daily work
• 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
• Advanced English level
• Excellent analytical abilities and multitasking skills
