Role and Responsibilities
As a Text Chat Operator, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers via live chat, offering solutions and support for their inquiries. You'll log in at the beginning of your shift, respond to customer messages throughout your scheduled time, and log out at the end. This position allows you to choose your own hours and offers the convenience of daily payment. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries via live chat
- Providing accurate information regarding shipping, returns, and product availability

Requirements
