The Role: Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll have a clear purpose: to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. This includes addressing everything from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance. Our Customer Service Representatives use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to provide personalized support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in a timely and professional manner
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • Utilize various tools and resources to navigate, research, and review customer inquiries
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide personalized support and ensure a positive experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a similar industry or role
  • Experience working in a fully remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
