Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our residential and business customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Utilizing computer skills to navigate our software systems and access customer information
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide informed solutions to customers
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field
  • An understanding of excellent customer care concepts and principles
  • Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and the ability to learn new software
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to handle private and confidential information
  • A strong work ethic that demonstrates dependability and a commitment to excellence

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Work experience in a call center environment
  • Good conflict resolution skills and the ability to de-escalate tense situations
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools

Schedule and Location

We offer flexible shifts to accommodate your needs, including:

  • Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
  • Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

This is a work-from-home position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a remote employee, you'll need to have a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection.
