Job Overview

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer concerns, providing information about products and services, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. You will be trained to navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy, and you will be expected to demonstrate excellent soft skills to provide the best customer service experience possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions

  • Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues efficiently

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 18+ years old
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting, with the ability to navigate multiple applications with ease
  • Quiet, secured workspace with high-speed internet (at least 10 MBPS download speed; no satellite) and a USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone

  • Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
