Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude

  • Processing orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and timely

Qualifications

Available Shifts and Compensation

We have available shifts all days of the week, and our compensation package includes a competitive hourly rate of $17.69 - $23.00/hour.
