Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's databases. You will be responsible for collecting and entering data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. Key Responsibilities
* Collect and enter data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Liaise with employees and customers to collect information and resolve any discrepancies
- Identify and correct errors, and bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary
- Perform data entry in EMR, preparing information for data entry and performing entry-level support for the data entry function
- Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties
- Establish and maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques
- Review and verify data prior to entry, performing daily audits and data entry corrections
- Train new data entry employees on computer systems and provide entry-level administrative support to the data entry function
- Perform routine clerical and data entry functions, ensuring timely data entry and file management
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and customers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and correct errors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
