Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through:

  • Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
  • Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, with a focus on multitasking and task prioritization
  • Completing extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
  • A high level of comfort working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivation and a success-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • A minimum of 18 years of age, with a reliable internet connection (35 mb/s or faster) and a personal laptop or desktop computer

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as familiarity with CRM systems and practices, are highly valued. Spanish bilingual skills are also a plus, with enhanced base pay and performance incentives available for qualified candidates.

Compensation Details

* Base pay: $14.50 per hour

  • Enhanced rate: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
  • Spanish bilingual base pay: $15.50 per hour
  • Spanish bilingual enhanced rate: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
