Job Summary

As a Live Chat Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for efficiently and accurately entering data while providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions. You will utilize your strong attention to detail and communication skills to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Efficiently and accurately enter data while providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions

• Utilize strong attention to detail and communication skills to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease to quit technique
• Develop and implement automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease to quit technique
• Participate in Agile methodologies of delivery, introducing small increments of a product at regular intervals to business groups
• Collaborate with dating managers/product proprietors to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables

Essential Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, introducing small increments of a product at regular intervals to business groups
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease to quit technique
• Proven track record of developing and implementing automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels

• Knowledge of massive data ecosystem and ability to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data
• Experience with consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design, and development of software program programs, checking out & builds automation tools
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
