Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries related to pricing, refund policies, and discount codes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing online chat applications to interact with customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing clear and concise information about our products and services, as well as relevant policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including chat logs and issue resolutions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices

Contract Length and Rate:

* Open-ended contract with no fixed term, allowing you to work as many hours as you'd like, subject to availability

  • Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour, paid bi-weekly

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a reliable device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with internet connectivity and the ability to use social media and website chat functions
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely, with a strong attention to detail
  • Availability to work 10+ hours per week during overnight hours (typically between 10 PM and 6 AM)
  • Reliable internet connectivity is essential, with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their concerns

Hours and Location:

* Flexible scheduling, ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, tailored to fit your schedule

  • Fully remote position, open to candidates across the globe, with a preference for those based in the United States due to the timing of overnight hours

Essential Qualifications:
