Call Center Customer Service Representative Overnight – Amazon Store

Responsibilities

Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone Ability to handle high volume calls pleasantly and efficiently Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

A personal computer with working camera and internet connection (required for remote Covid-19 work) Ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software Ability to keep sensitive information confidential Multi-language capability is not required

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position Ability to work remotely in emergency situations This position is an on-site position, however due to Covid-19 we are working remotely until it is safe to return on-site.
