Key Responsibilities
As a Cargo Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Processing and managing cargo shipments, including booking, tracking, and delivery

Requirements
To be successful as a Cargo Agent, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills and experience with software applications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and teamwork
Preferred Qualifications
