Job Description

As a Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Advertise and sell shipping containers using our cutting-edge software
  • Engage with customers via chat, building rapport and encouraging them to place an order
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
  • Collaborate with sales managers to follow up with customers via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your sales goals

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and customer service
  • Utilize our software to manage leads, track sales, and analyze customer behavior
  • Collaborate with sales managers to identify opportunities and close deals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a remote or chat-based sales environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using software and technology to manage sales and customer interactions
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Familiarity with shipping containers or related products
  • Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems
