What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our pet parents. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging directly with customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to ensure issues are resolved
  • Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for continuous improvement

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, think critically, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and a passion for making a difference in the lives of pet parents and their pets

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of the pet pharmacy industry or experience working with pets
  • Certifications or training in customer service, such as CPR or CCR
